Gubernatorial candidate Kirk Dillard on Tuesday plans to lay out his vision for spurring the state’s economy, promising that it “separates him from the other candidates seeking the GOP nomination.”

The Dillard campaign says the state senator, R-Hinsdale, who is locked in a four-way primary, will deliver details on how to make Illinois a “Destination Economy.”

He’s holding the news conference 10:30 a.m. at the Union League Club.
