A homeless man with a history of mental illness was ordered held Saturday on $100,000 bail, accused of burglarizing and setting fire to a suite at Soldier Field earlier this month.

Zecharias Miller, 26, was charged with burglary and arson after being tied to the crime by fingerprints.

Miller, who takes medication for schizophrenia and anxiety, was arrested Friday at a Maywood hospital.

The suites were vandalized between 9 p.m. Aug. 1 and 1 a.m. Aug. 2.

A member of the stadium’s cleaning service discovered executive suites on the D Level open and unlocked and found they had been vandalized. One suite had writing carved into the walls and a pentagon shape painted on the carpet. Cabinets were broken, and a fire had been started on one suite’s carpeting, police said.

Surveillance footage showed the vandal got into Soldier Field by scaling the east colonnade stairs, according to police.
