3 hurt in Lawndale shooting

A 37-year-old woman was shot in the leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. Two men were taken to hospitals in good condition.

A 19-year-old man was fatally shot July 3, 2021, in Belmont Cragin.

A woman and two men were injured by gunfire Aug. 22, 2020, in the 1100 block of South Albany Avenue.

Three people were shot and wounded, one of them critically, Saturday in Lawndale on the West Side.

The shooting happened at 2:53 a.m. in the 1100 block of South Albany Avenue, Chicago police said.

A 37-year-old woman was found outside with a gunshot wound to her leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. A 20-year-old man shot in the arm and leg was taken to the same hospital in good condition.

A 32-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his foot and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
