Fans of superstar Aretha Franklin will have to wait a little longer to see her in concert in Chicago.

Franklin’s Nov. 12 concert slated for the Chicago Theatre has been postponed till Dec. 17 it was announced today.

“I must regretfully postpone my upcoming engagement in Chicago to December 17,” the 74-year-old Franklin said in an official statement. “I look forward to spending the holidays in Chicago with my fans and friends.”

Tickets for November concert will be honored for the December date. Refunds are available at point of purchase for those unable to attend the rescheduled show.
