SEEN ON THE SCENE: Chicago native Daryl Hannah was seen dining with her family at Mama’s Boy on North Dearborn — happily enjoying classic meatballs and square noodles. … While back in town recently, Cindy Crawford was spotted at RPM Italian as well as the new Federales tequila and tacos eatery in the West Loop — taking her shot at “ringing the bell” by tossing ice shot glasses at the massive patio’s bell. … Drake caused quite the stir when he slipped into Sub 51 following his recent show at the United Center. … In the midst of post-season fervor, Cubs pitcher Jon Lester took a break to lunch with his wife and son at Hub 51. … “Chicago PD” cast member Patrick John Flueger and the show’s stuntman Kevin Gliwa were seen at the new River North hotspot Ironside — enjoying a few shots of Jamo. … Reality TV became very real at Mama’s Boy when Jacqueline Laurita, her husband Chris, plus Karla De and Andrew Epstein — and popular Nina and Bob Mariano all dined together at the Near North pasta-ria. … Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap recently hosted UFC fighter Clay Guida earlier this week — joined by 11 guest while cheering on our Cubbies. … Speaking of the Wrigley Fielders, Jake Arietta was seen chowing down on some escargot at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House on Oak, where separately left fielder Kyle Schwarber joined pals to catch the NL Wild Card game. … Yes, that was the Bears’ Alshon Jeffery seen dining at STK Chicago — spied sporting a Cubs jersey as well. … Country singer Thomas Rhett was spotted hanging out at The Bassment — the live music lounge below Hampton Social — surprising the crowd with an impromptu performance of his song, “Die a Happy Man,” which won top country song at the recent Billboard Music Awards. … Speaking of music, the legendary Herb Alpert and his wife Lani Hall no doubt will be thrilling their fans at the McAninch Arts Center in Glen Ellyn Saturday night. This concert comes on the heels of the Sept. 30 release of Herb’s newest album, “Human Nature,” showcasing the iconic musician delving into various elements of electronic music in a new way for him.
