Famed filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard’s “Goodbye to Language 3D” and a special screening of “A Bronx Tale,” directed by Robert DeNiro, will be among the highlights of the 17th annual Roger Ebert Film Festival, popularly known as “Ebertfest.” The April 15-19 festival, hosted by Chaz Ebert, will include special appearances by a number of actors and filmmakers with connections to the films to be shown at the festival at the historic Virginia Theatre in Champaign.

Heloise Godet, star of “Goodbye to Language 3d” and “A Bronx Tale” producer Jon Kilik, and star and screenwriter Chazz Palminteri will be attending as guests of the festival. A few of the 1,000 festival passes are still available for sale at ebertfest.com. Individual tickets will go on sale beginning April 1 through the box office at (217) 356-9063.
