Zooey Deschanel expecting — just like big sis

We have to assume this is just a coincidence, but now Zooey Deschanel is expecting a baby — as is her older sister and fellow actress Emily Deschanel. Zooey is expecting her bundle of joy with boyfriend Jacob Pechenik. It will be her first child. The “New Girl” star, 34, will deliver her baby this summer.

Emily Deschanel, the star of “Bones,” is expecting her second child with David Hornsby. That baby will join their son Henry, 3.
