At least 13 people were wounded in shootings within 12 hours Monday across Chicago.

The latest shooting happened about 10:50 p.m. in the University Village neighborhood on the Near West Side.

Three men, ages 20, 23 and 24, were sitting in a park about 10:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Blue Island when a group of males walked up and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The 20-year-old was shot in the right foot and the 24-year-old was shot in the right knee, police said. They were both taken to the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System, where they were both listed in good condition. The 23-year-old man was shot in the buttocks and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.

About 20 minutes earlier, a 34-year-old man was shot in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side. He was shot in the leg about 10:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Kedvale, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition. A police source said the man is a documented gang member.

A 21-year-old man was grazed by a bullet about 9:20 p.m. in the Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side. He was in the 5400 block of West Wellington when he suffered a graze wound to the hip, police said. He took himself to Community First Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition. A police source said the man is a documented gang member.

About 8:45 p.m., a 19-year-old woman was shot in the South Shore neighborhood. She was driving southbound in the 6700 block of South Stony Island when she heard gunfire and realized she’d been shot in the right foot, police said. She drove herself to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was listed in good condition.

Less than an hour earlier on the South Side, a 35-year-old man was wounded in a Back of the Yards neighborhood shooting. He was shot in the left leg about 7:55 p.m. in the 900 block of West 50th Street, police said. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized.

At 6:36 p.m., a 23-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to the arm and back in the 10300 block of South Indiana in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side, police said. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition.

About 6 p.m. in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side, a 35-year-old man was shot in the arm in the 500 block of South Homan, police said. He took himself to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.

Earlier Monday afternoon, two men were shot in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side. The men, 29 and 24, were in a vehicle traveling in the 6900 block of South Ashland about 4:20 p.m. when someone nearby opened fire, police said. The 29-year-old got out of the vehicle with a gunshot wound to the left leg and ran to the 6800 block of South Throop. From there, he was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized. The younger man was shot in the back and drove himself to Holy Cross Hospital. He was then transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized. A police source said both men are documented gang members.

At 12:28 p.m., a 21-year-old man man was shot multiple times in the West Side Austin neighborhood. He was on a front porch in the 4900 block of West Washington when he heard shots and felt pain, police said. The man was shot in the left arm and left leg, and was taken to Loretto Hospital, where his condition stabilized. A police source said the man is a documented gang member.

Monday’s first shooting happened at 11:17 a.m. in the South Shore neighborhood. A 16-year-old boy was shot in both legs in the 1500 block of East 74th Place, police said. The teenager was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized.
