A 15-year-old boy was shot Saturday afternoon in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

He was shot in the arm and leg at 1:31 p.m. in the 6900 block of South Paulina, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
