A 16-year-old girl went missing last week from the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side was found.

Breanna “Bre” Nunnally was reported missing March 21 from the 4300 block of South Dearborn, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police announced Wednesday that Nunnally had been safely located.
