A 17-year-old boy was shot Wednesday night in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side.

He was standing on the street about 8 p.m. in the 6300 block of South Cottage Grove when he heard shots from a vehicle and realized he’d been hit, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the left leg and walked into Trinity Hospital four hours after the shooting, police said. He was being uncooperative with investigators.
