Two teenage boys were shot Thursday evening in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

At 5:11 p.m., the boys, ages 16 and 17, were in the 1800 block of West Garfield when they were shot, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

They were both taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
