Police are searching for a 21-year-old man who has been reported missing from the North Side Rogers Park neighborhood.

Jack Schultz has been missing since about 8 a.m. Tuesday from Paulina and Chase avenues, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Schultz was described as a 5-foot-11, 170-pound white man with brown hair, blue eyes and a medium complexion, police said. He is bi-polar and suffers from depression.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Area North Special Victims Unit at (312) 744-8266.
