21-year-old man shot in leg in Austin

A 21-year-old man was shot in the leg Wednesday afternoon in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

A silver vehicle pulled up about 3:06 p.m. in the 5000 block of West Jackson and someone inside fired shots at him, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
