A 22-year-old man was shot early Saturday in the West Town neighborhood.

About 12:45 a.m., the man was driving in the 1700 block of West Huron when another driver followed his vehicle and fired shots, striking him in the upper back, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in good condition, police said.

The man was found unresponsive in an alley in the 10700 block of South Lowe Avenue, police said.
The man suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at University of Chicago Medical Center, police said.
