A 23-year-old man was shot Sunday afternoon in the South Side Auburn Gresham neighborhood.

The man was shot in the right thigh at 4:04 p.m. in the 1200 block of West 85th Street, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in unknown condition, police said.
