A 26-year-old man was shot Tuesday afternoon in the South Side Bronzeville neighborhood.

About 3:40 p.m., the victim was shot twice in the groin in the 2500 block of South Michigan Avenue and transported to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, Chicago Police said.

No other details were immediately available.
