A 27-year-old man was wounded in a drive-by shooting Saturday night in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.

At 11:08 p.m., the man was standing on the sidewalk in the 600 block of South Homan when someone fired shots from a dark-colored vehicle, according to Chicago Police. He was struck in the right side and right leg.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
