Bears game in Philly moved to prime time

The Bears have won every game they’ve played in prime time this season.

Turns out, they’ll have at least one more.

NBC has “flexed” the Dec. 22 Bears-Eagles game in Philadelphia, meaning it will start at 7:30 p.m. instead of noon Chicago-time. The Sunday Night Football game figures to have playoff implications for both teams.

It might eliminate the chance of a Week 17 flex, too, when the Bears host the Packers. Teams rarely appear on the same prime-time show two weeks in a row, though the Bears and Packers could be playing for a playoff spot.
