Jordan: I could beat LeBron, Kobe, everyone else

LeBron James may be on the cover of the “NBA 2K14″ video game that
Michael Jordan is promoting, but MJ isn’t taking a back seat to

In a video promoting the game that was released Tuesday, Jordan said
he would have loved to go one-on-one with James, Jerry West, Elgin
Baylor, Julius Erving, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Kobe Bryant
when he was in his prime.

“I don’t think I would lose,” Jordan said in the video.

But in true Jordan fashion, he couldn’t resist one more dig.

“Other than to Kobe Bryant because he steals all my moves,” Jordan said.

In recent years, Jordan’s legacy has faded a bit — even to old
running mate Scottie Pippen and coach Phil Jackson, both of whom have
suggested James may be better than Jordan was.

Besides his six rings, one thing Jordan said separates him from
today’s stars — toughness.

“You go in with the understanding of ‘I’m going to get hit. I’m going
to pay the price,’” Jordan said. Those are the types of that these
kids today don’t even have a clue of how we had to grow up and how we
had to play.”

Kids today? MJ may be getting older, but his ego is forever
