CTA Brown Line service is resuming after a train collided with a vehicle Monday afternoon on the North Side.

The northbound train struck a vehicle near the Francisco station at 4648 N. Francisco Ave. at 2:50 p.m., according to the CTA.

No injuries were reported, according to a CTA spokesman.

Service was temporarily suspended between Kimball and Southport, but was resuming normal service as of 3:30 p.m., according to the transit agency.
