Police are warning west suburban residents of numerous car burglaries reported Saturday in Batavia.

Someone broke into unlocked cars late Saturday evening, according to a statement from Batavia police.

The burglaries happened at the western residential area of Batavia, police said. Officers are currently pursuing several leads.
