The search resumed for a 28-year-old man missing in Lake Michigan Monday morning after another man was rescued Sunday afternoon near the Gold Coast neighborhood.

A dive team and helicopter was dispatched about 3 p.m. to the lake near the 1600 block of North Lake Shore Drive to a report that someone jumped in the water, according to fire officials.

The other man, 28, was not found Sunday night, and police had resumed the search as of 8:45 a.m. Monday.
