A 24-year-old man from the south suburbs was killed when a motorcycle collided with another vehicle early Saturday in Markham.

The crash happened about 4 a.m. at the intersection of 159th Street and Dixie Highway in Markham, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Anthony Neal suffered multiple injuries and was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he died at 5:09 a.m., authorities said. He lived in the 3100 block of Shagbark Lane in Hazel Crest.

An autopsy Sunday ruled his death an accident.

It wasn’t clear which vehicle Neal was in. Markham police could not immediately be reached for details.
