Man, 22, shot in Austin

A man was shot Saturday night in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

The 22-year-old was walking at 8:48 p.m. in the 4900 block of West Hubbard when he heard gunshots and felt pain, Chicago Police said.

He suffered a gunshot wound to his arm and took himself to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, police said. His condition had stabilized.
