A 33-year-old man was shot twice in the right leg Monday night in the South Side Park Manor neighborhood.

Shortly before 8 p.m., he was outside in the 7400 block of South Wentworth when he heard gunshots and realized he’d been hit, according to Chicago Police.

The man took himself to St. Bernard Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.
