A man was wounded early Saturday in a drive-by shooting in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 46-year-old was walking in the 300 block of South Albany about 12:10 a.m. when someone in a passing vehicle fired shots, striking him in the right leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
