A man has been charged with stabbing another man Wednesday afternoon in west suburban Naperville.

Brandon J. Hall, 19, was charged with one felony count of aggravated battery, according to Naperville police.

Authorities responded at 3:12 p.m. to a bleeding person in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive, police said.

The 19-year-old Oswego man told investigators he was stabbed during a dispute with someone he knew, police said.

He was taken to Edward Hospital in Naperville, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Hall, of the 300 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard in Oswego, was found nearby a short time later and taken into custody, police said.
