A man who was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side has been identified as 21-year-old Kensuan Ward.

He was found unresponsive at 3:44 p.m. in the 2600 block of West 64th with a gunshot wound to the chest, according to Chicago Police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy showed Ward, who lived about four blocks from the murder scene in the 6400 block of South Campbell, died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
