A man was grazed by a bullet Tuesday night in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side.

The 23-year-old was sitting in a vehicle about 11:10 p.m. in the 7400 block of South Perry when someone fired shots through the rear windshield, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the face and refused medical attention, police said.
