A man was shot early Saturday in the Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 20-year-old walked into Community First Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the right thigh, according to Chicago Police.

He told investigators he’d been shot about 1 a.m. in the 5200 block of West Addison, police said. He was listed in good condition.
