A man robbed a bank Thursday afternoon in northwest suburban Arlington Heights.

The robbery happened at a Ben Franklin Bank branch at 830 E. Kensington Rd. at 3:15 p.m., according to the FBI.

The suspect, who did not show a weapon, was described as a white man between 45-50, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 and 180-190 pounds, according to the FBI.

He was wearing khaki pants, sunglasses, ski or mechanic’s gloves, and a black jacket with visor hood.
