A man was shot Sunday evening in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side.

At 6:27 p.m., the 24-year-old was driving a vehicle in the 4600 block of South King Drive and stopped at a red light, when someone in a green car nearby fired shots in his direction, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered gunshot wounds to the let hip and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
