A 25-year-old man was shot and wounded Tuesday in Grand Crossing on the South Side.

He suffered a leg wound and a graze wound to the neck around 6:15 p.m. in the 7000 block of South Harper Avenue, according to the police, who said he was being treated at Stroger Hospital.
