A man was shot early Monday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 18-year-old was a passenger in a vehicle about 3:30 a.m. driving in the 2600 block of South California when he heard shots fired and realized he’d suffered a graze wound to the head, according to Chicago Police.

He later showed up at Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
