A 20-year-old man was shot Thursday evening in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

He was standing outside at 5:43 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Homan when a vehicle pulled up and someone got out and fired shots before getting back in the vehicle and driving away, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the arm and leg and taken to Saint Anthony Hospital in good condition, police said.
