A man was wounded in a shooting Tuesday evening in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 22-year-old was walking at 7:21 p.m. in the 0-100 block of East 113th Place when he heard shots and realized he’d been struck in the foot, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Roseland Community Hospital in good condition, police said.

A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
