Man shot in South Shore

A 20-year-old man was shot Friday evening in the South Shore neighborhood.

He was standing in the 7600 block of South Euclid at 8:39 p.m. when someone walked up to him and shot him in the leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
