A 21-year-old man was shot Sunday night in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the Far South Side.

At 9:09 p.m., he was inside a home in the 1300 block of West 107th Street when he opened the back door and shots were fired through the door, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered gunshot wounds to the left arm and left thigh, police said. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized.
