A man was shot in the West Garfield Park neighborhood Friday morning on the West Side.

About 2:30 a.m., the 36-year-old was sleeping in his vehicle in the 4600 block of West Adams when he was shot in the leg and a bullet grazed his chest, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
