The 32-year-old was sitting on a porch in the 8200 block of South Maryland about 2:14 a.m. when two males walked up and one of them pulled out a handgun and shot him in both legs, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
