2 wounded in Gresham shooting

Two men were wounded, one seriously, in a Gresham neighborhood shooting Monday night on the South Side.

An 18-year-old man was sitting on a front porch at 10:52 p.m. in the 8500 block of South Loomis when another male walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered gunshot wounds to the abdomen and right and left shoulders, police said. He was taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

A second man, 19, later walked into Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park suffering from graze wounds to the arm and buttocks, police said. He was listed in good condition.
