A man was seriously wounded in a shooting Saturday morning in the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

The 19-year-old walked into Norwegian American Hospital about 6:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police. He told investigators he had been shot in the 1300 block of North Pulaski.

The man was transferred to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.
