A man was shot while driving Friday morning in the Kelvyn Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 19-year-old was arguing with someone else in traffic while driving in the 2400 block of North Kilpatrick at 11:47 a.m., according to Chicago Police. The other person then fired at him before driving away.

The man was shot in the head and was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
