A man wanted for a fatal shooting last month in south suburban Park Forest is in custody in Minnesota, authorities said.

An arrest warrant was issued for 34-year-old Josiah A. Clark three days after the Oct. 28 slaying of 39-year-old Jason McCullough, and he was arrested in Minneapolis Nov. 2, a law enforcement source said.

McCullough was found with fatal gunshot wounds inside his home about 5:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Arcadia Street, according to Park Forest police, who said the attack was not random and “stemmed from a dispute between two people known to each other.”

Clark was arrested along with Imanee Samone Davis, 18, who is charged with aiding an offender to avoid arrest, according to jail records.

Clark remains held at the Hennepin County Jail in Minneapolis awaiting a Dec. 7 extradition hearing. Davis has been turned over to Illinois authorities, records show.
