A man was shot in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side early Saturday.

The 30-year-old was getting out of a vehicle in the 5900 block of South Albany about 2 a.m. when another vehicle pulled up and someone inside shouted gang slogans before shooting him, police said.

The man was shot in the leg and chest, police said. He also suffered a graze wound to the shoulder.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
