A man was wounded in a Gresham neighborhood drive-by shooting Wednesday night on the South Side.

The 18-year-old was standing on a front porch about 10:35 p.m. in the 7800 block of South Aberdeen when a vehicle drove by and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the hip and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
