A man was wounded in a drive-by shooting early Tuesday in the Portage Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 30-year-old was walking outside about 1:05 a.m. in the 5300 block of West Cornelia when a vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the head and was taken to Community First Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
