A 33-year-old man was wounded Tuesday evening in a West Englewood neighborhood shooting on the South Side.

About 6 p.m., the man was sitting in a vehicle in 7200 block of South Winchester when someone walked up from a gangway and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the left shoulder and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
