A man was wounded in a drive-by shooting Wednesday morning in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The 33-year-old man was in the 4300 block of West Jackson at 8:54 a.m. when a black car drove by and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the right forearm and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
